ANA Frankfurt celebrates taking first place in the passenger survey together with the Ground Services team.
Ground services in Frankfurt are the best in
Europe – at least according to passengers of All Nippon Airways (ANA). In a survey conducted by the airline, the services in Frankfurt came out on top in the categories “Check-In & Gate” and “Check-In Counter” as well as “Boarding Gate”
and “Lounge.”
The ANA managers recently held a function to celebrate this extremely strong performance. Fraport’s Ground Services in Frankfurt perform check-in, boarding and lounge management on behalf of ANA. All Nippon Airways flies the Frankfurt–Tokyo route twice daily.
